The 2nd Edition of this popular guide to using psychometrics in coaching has been fully updated with 3 new chapters. One of the new chapters has been co-authored by Lauriate Director Pauline Willis with Rob Bailey from the Oxford Psychologists Press (OPP). Pauline is both an expert coaching practitioner, and thought leader in the fields of coaching, mentoring and coaching psychology.
