Psychometric assessments use structured standardised tools and techniques to better understand personality or levels of ability. Psychometric assessments are used to:-

  • Provide useful information about the skills & personal attributes of job applicants
  • Assess an executives readiness to take part in a coaching/mentoring programme
  • Identify underlying issues when an individual is not making expected progress within a coaching/mentoring programme
  • Support decision making for succession planning or career transition

Psychometric assessments are often used in conjunction with other services such as assessment centres, development centers and one-to-one coaching programmes.
