360 Degree Management Appraisal and Feedback

360° Feedback instruments provide a standardised format for collecting information about an individual's technical, personal and interpersonal competencies. As such they provide a useful framework for structured developmental feedback and planning, both for the individual and the organisation.

Although we are able to use off the shelf 360° feedback instruments we typically design bespoke instruments for specific organisations taking into account their specific requirements and culture.

In addition to consultancy services we are also able to mentor organisational representatives in the skills required to design and implement bespoke instruments in-house. In this way we
transfer the skills needed by organisations to manage and maintain their own change processes rather than creating an ongoing dependency on consultancy services.
