Business Psychology Team

Lauriate Ltd employs business psychologists who are BPS Chartered Occupational Psychologists (or eligible for this status) for delivery of services in the UK and Europe. Psychologists delivering services in Australia are registered with the APS and maintain current registration with relevant State Registration Boards.

Technical Team

The technical team are used externaly in two main area's

• Innovation & process improvement
  With hands on experience gained through major electronic research and development laboratories our technical team understands the technical as well as business challenges facing design teams in the IT and electronics sectors.
• Online Services
  Lauriate Ltd design,host and manage online questionnaire , survey and competency framework . Our technical team supports the consultancy work of our Business Psychologists as well as offering services direct to clients. Lauriate's competency mapping process is currently being used to support the European Mentoring & Coaching Council to map the Knowledge,Skills,Behaviours and Personal attributes of Coaches and Mentors.

Associates

We maintain a small number of associateships. These are usually with fully qualified 'independent' business psychologists and coaches with whom we maintain long term relationships.
